The 2025 edition officially kicks off on Monday, January 13, and goes on until Sunday, January 19. Our guests typically fly in the day before it starts.

Tarmac will deduct one week of development cost for one developer for every person sent from the client side. Clients can invite anyone who would benefit from spending time with the team (technical leadership, developers, product, etc.). The one-week deduction should roughly cover the total cost of the trip and will be applied to the week of billing following client week.
*The discount is capped at the number of people you have on the account. For example, if you send four people and there are only three people from Tarmac on the account, the discount will only apply to three people.

Just an International Health Insurance. Visas are not required for Americans.

Everything except flights and accommodation will be covered by Tarmac, including food, daily transportation, and any planned activities for the week.
